I broke my tooth over the festive period and called on the Monday following Christmas. They were warm and friendly and offered me an appointment on the same day I contacted them. What a team, from my Dentist to the office staff truly wonderful. I would highly recommend this Dental practice

A lovely practice. Ample parking, very friendly receptionists, on time, clean. The dentist explained everything and was also friendly and patient along with her assistant

Appointment was on time. Crown replacement done, but the crown fell off again 5 hours later. I hope I don’t have to pay for this to be refitted again.

The treatment was good, or seemed so but neither the dentist nor the dental nurse really spoke to me. No real explanation of what was going on and the nurse was rough to say the least. The waiting area is horrific! I sat at the end of a small corridor on on of two seats with a wall no more than two feet in front of me. I am claustrophobic and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I've never been in such an unpleasant waiting area in my 60+ years on this earth.... and I spent a lot of time waiting in old British Rail station waiting rooms when I was in the military, so that tells you a story!

The practise is very bright , we were sat in a corridor which was more like a store cupboard ! The wall is so close your your face it’s quite chlostraphobic. 1st appointment we had to leave as the Dentist was running over an hour late we weren’t told this on arrival nd eventually we had to leave and rearranged the appointment. New appointment 9am 27/12/24 We arrived in plenty of time but the Dentist turned up late and still kept us waiting . The room was very small no window and no where for me (parent) to sit . Very uncomfortable situation . We requested a new dentist .

I was delt with in a most professional manner throughout the time it took to complete the work necessary on my tooth crowning. The dental team within the site are all most welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble with all questions and queries being addressed competently.

Suffering with anxiety I find it hard too go too the dentist today was an emergency appointment and I couldn’t have asked For a better person too treat my tooth, he was understanding and told me Exactly what he done etc made me feel a lot more at ease thankyou

Pleasant experience, very friendly staff, efficient & opening hrs convenient for working professionals when my appointment was at 7pm. Given I haven’t visited a dentist for ~15 years due to multiple relocations and has been difficult to register as an NHS patient especially around Covid-19. My registration process is slick, and forms have been filled paperless prior to my appointment. Didn’t break the bank with routine fees, no hassle and booked for another routine visit in 6 months time. Great service and my wife also had similar experiences. The practice also feels very clean which is a bonus. Have already recommended to next door neighbours. Great little gem I discovered!

Very friendly practice, from reception staff to the dentist. My visit was for my 6 month check. My dentist was very thorough and gentle, and gave practical advice on dealing with my oral heath at home
