Having struggled with tooth pain from Christmas afternoon I was both pleased and delighted to get an appointment for 1000 Fri 27 December. The dentist informed me that there was an abscess which would require antibiotics before extraction of the tooth. A prescription for antibiotics was issued and a treatment plan agreed. The service was professional, efficient and speedy.

Had a follow up checkup for a bridge that I had fitted in august 2024. My dentist made me feel at ease as I am a nervous patient. Explained the aftercare very well and was most gentle throughout the examination

Been going for my check ups and dentist very friendly and helpful. Explains everything about how to continue to clean my teeth. Receptionist staff always welcoming, friendly. I recommend to anyone

The dentist my very nervous, autistic son saw was so very patient with him and talked him through everything she was doing, she really helped to put him at ease, our last surgery was not child friendly or show any patience or kindness with him at all so it's so lovely to find somewhere he is comfortable going. Thank you Smile team at the Manor.

The dental practice is a sterile environment with little alleyways spreading from the reception area. Everything seems poorly thought out. The surgery I was in was extremely small. Staff very pleasant and the dentist was very nice. On leaving it was exceptionally dark and it wasn’t until I was some way around to the left and into the car park did an automatic light come on. Until that point it was very disconcerting walking without being able to see the roadway. I would imagine older people who may have walking difficulties would find this an unpleasant few seconds. A light immediately outside the main door that throws light out to the left would solve the problem.

My family and I attended our regular dental check up appointment today. On arrival the receptionists were very friendly and polite. The dental staff were on time and were approachable, putting my children and my myself at ease. The children had to have topical fluoride applied which the children felt at ease having done. The service was efficient and professional. Thank you.

Very patient and compassionate with my child with SEN. Also noticed how they squeezed in an elderly person who turned up in pain despite no emergency appointments left. Well done to the who practice.
