A man came into the practice with not a great grasp of English and didn't understand the receptionist. She had to repeat herself a few times each time with a bigger eye roll and then pretty much laughed in his face I am honestly disgusted

Receptionists were fabulous especially being a older person.Dentist was professional and kind.And as I've said felt safe

Have been in agony for 10 days, couldn't get help anywhere, was at my wits end. This surgery was suggested to me and they squeezed in on the same day I rang. They were so kind and helpful. I now have the treatment I need and a regular NHS dentist. I could cry with happiness. No one else would help and these guys did. Thank you so much
