Because they aren’t taking on NHS patients, I had to pay £75 for a check up. £20 as a deposit, then £55 on the day of my appointment, but before I see the dentist. Obviously this is to make sure I don’t mess them about. Despite this, I had my original appointment cancelled by the practice and had to re-arrange, and then when my appointment does take place, it’s 25 minutes late. Hardly value for money and hypocritical of their own policy at best.

Really helpful and kind dentist. First time I have had him. He gave me fabulous advice on straightening and whitening too as I asked m, with no pressure sell. Very good service and will probably go for it. Thanks

I have been registered at Grange Park practice since it opened and had found it a fantastic dentist, however the service I have received in the last 6 months with the lack and incorrect communication has been appalling.

The receptionists were very helpful, polite and had a lovely caring manner about them. The Hygienist was very thorough and informative, once again with a lovely manner.

Having only attended for a routine check up, a recently damaged tooth was refilled as part of the treatment. The prompt and efficient service provided, resulted in me not having to book future treatment for the repair and instant relief from the problem. Thank you.
