Receptionist are jolly and helpful . My dentist is patient, thorough and gentle especially when talking you through your goals for next time .

Pleasant and professional welcome from everybody, from the reception staff, the dental nurse and indeed the Dentist himself. He saw me quite quickly and was very friendly during the treatment

I mentioned discomfort I’m having around several teeth. The dentist then did a thorough check of that area including X-rays. He explained everything in detail, explaining the X-rays and showing that all looks healthy. He said that he was going to discuss it further with a colleague and also re look at it all again in three months, so although nothing obviously wrong, he’s not dismissing it but keeping an eye on it. Very reassuring.

I was called in on time. The dentist was very thorough with my check up. He identified a filling that was needed and filled it there and then without having to make a separate appointment.

Reception staff pleasant and friendly. Clinical staff ( dentist) very thorough, took time to explain every step of the procedure, gave advice on future management, made me feel like she really cared about my teeth and future treatment
