i try to call them because they sent me reminder for my daughter checkup. as i call 5-6 time no body ans the phone then on 7th call someone ans the phon when i was trying to explain why i am calling i did't finshed my words she just say sorry and hangup the phone i dont know why they dont bother but this looks very bad .

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. Due to a high volume of new patient enquiries and explaining our procedure it can be a lengthy process when handling calls. We have upgraded our computer system last month with a new feature which allows an online booking service to our patients, we hope to start using this as soon as possible. I received a text message advising me to book an appointment for my son. I had to try everyday for 2 weeks to book an appointment. The phone line would either just ring out or someone would pick up and hang up on me. I eventually managed to get through but it is absolutely appalling that it took me so long to speak to someone and it is even worse that someone is hanging up on me. I have never had such terrible service from a dentist before.

I attended my new patient appointment and was greeted by a polite lady on reception. This was a very good first impression as like alot of people I do not like dental treatment anyhow the 2 dental lady's who saw me was very welcoming and listened to what I had to say and responded in a very polite and friendly professional manner making my anxiety that I had slowly go down. To my liking a treatment plan was put in place. I would recommend this dental practice and rate it 10/10 Thankyou.

Excellent service from the lovely lady who saw my child for their first appointment she was so friendly and welcoming. The appointment wasn’t rushed and I came away learning something new. I was given information leaflets and a toothbrush which I thought was a nice touch.

I was seen as a emergency patient, seen in the same day. The dentist was able to provide relevant information so i could make a informative decision. The dentist also was able to see me on time, so not waiting around. All staff were polite, friendly and accommodating.

The staff I have met so far have been amazing, the receptionist is so polite and welcoming over the phone and in person. I’m not great going to the dentist due to past experience so always panic but during my appointments staff have been great and do so well at keeping me calm and being so gentle.
