Greytown Dental Practice provided excellent treatment and care this morning at my appointment, which was thorough and explained very well to me. The dentists, assistants and front desk team were efficient friendly and effective. Would thoroughly reccomend.

Very patient and understanding dentist, patient and a really great polite service from receptionist to the dentist themselves. I was kept waiting for a short time past my appointment time but only because there was a patient receiving treatment.

Very professional and friendly practice All the staff are helpful and the Dentist was very good I would be happy to recommend Greytown to anyone looking for a great Dental Practice

I have been going here for over 20 years. Great practice. I had unfortunately had to have quite a lot of treatments but all of the work has been to a very high standard.

Attended Greytown practice today. Everyone at this practice that I have encountered have all been very friendly, patient, considerate, but above all professional. The experience of going to this dentist and this practice is a stress free one.

Appointment booking made 6 months ago following last visit. Received several reminder emails to ensure I hadn’t forgotten! Very efficient from arrival, seeing the dentist on time, check up on teeth, discussion afterwards and then rebooking for 6 months for next check-up. Simple

Had a follow up appt to an emergency appt I had recently and am am a very nervous patient and during my visits I was treated with kindness, understanding and gentleness and was constantly reassured. I was not hurried. I am very fortunate to have Grey Town as my NHS dentist, they really are amazing (and I really am a bag of nerves with dentists).

The dental technician Who cleaned my teeth was very professional and explained the procedure very well Very good standard of care Options are always explained well

Dentist examination is always very thorough and well explained what is going on and what treatment is needed. Efficient at liaising when necessary with other health providers (eg when referrals have been needed). I have been using this dental practice for over 25 years and much of that time I and the rest of my family have had the same dentist and we have never had anything but good service.
