Tried to book appointment told no because I didn’t respond to their email I never got. Tried to explain this was fobbed off my last email ignored. Told them we had been with them 30years or more between us no joy. Staff rude not to answer my email. Will go elsewhere now already have an appointment with another practice. No need for this very unprofessional people an absolute joke not even the given the time of day. My advice don’t use them they are only after your money.

Hello, and thank you for your review. We cannot discuss individual cases on a public forum, however we can state that after reopening after the enforced Covid closure, we emailed all our active patients to advise them to contact the practice to rebook their checkup appointments. We resent emails to ensure our patients have received this, and our computer system can track the emails that have been received. The practice has over 8000 active NHS patients and we cannot chase up individuals who do not respond to our correspondence. Our staff respond to each email that is sent to us in a timely fashion, and stating on a public forum that that is not the case is simply false and an attempt at discrediting the practice and shifting blame. We are glad you have found a new dentist. Please ensure you check your spam folder in the future for any correspondence that may be important.

I contacted the dental practice as I was experiencing acute pain. The receptionist was extremely helpful. After taking details she rang back to offer me an appointment later that afternoon for which I was very thankful.
