I have been at this practice for 34 years. I now don't have a named dentist and been told i cannot see any of the other dentist because i was registered with the dentists who have now left, i was given the dentist i was under. So got a temporary filling today as an emergency but cannot get a permanent one until new dentist comes to practice. Not allowed to get regular check ups yet either. Always kept up with 6 month check ups but nothing i can do about it. Its terrible!!!

I was able to have a plesant i formative conversation about my treatment without the feeling I was on a preverbial conveyor belt. As plesant as visiting the dentist could be.

We have now had our appointments cancelled 3 times since January. The reason given is that there are only 2 part time dentists available. This is a terrible practice with poor patient care now and has been going downhill for the last few years.

Don’t agree with the urgent appointment fee, when the appointment was for a rectification of a recent procedure.

Had a broken tooth phoned dinner time had an appointment same day I am registered with surgery but my dentist left awaiting regular check up appointments

I was in excruciating pain, i honesty can’t thank the lady’s enough who helped me, thank you so much for fitting me in and relieving me from this dreadful pain soo ok soon, forever grateful with the service I received.
