I am on many waiting list for a dentist. I had an accident in late October which caused my front upper tooth to become loose i called 111 who sent me to Harrogate dental practice i was really upset when i entered knowing i was gaoing to lose my front tooth. Im usually sceptical about dentist as the ones i have been to make you feel bad about yourself and can be quite abrupt. I can not thank this practice enough especially the women who treated me from entering her room and me being upset to sit here today and feel happy, this women went above and beyond thank you

i went in to day for an xray and teeth pulled the dentist and her assistant kept me calm and to told me every thing they was going to do i felt no pain which shocked me i am so pleased with this dentist practice i have put me and my family on the waiting list as i live near Keighley and i could not get an emergency appointment near me wish i had one like this close to me as all friendly and will to help

Had an emergency appointment for an abscess . Antibiotics given and an appointment made for the following week for tooth extraction . The dentist was so lovely and reassuring , he really did make sure I felt reassured. If there was a dentist award for having the most patience with their patients , it would definitely go to him . Thank you for being so kind and restoring my confidence in dentistry . Thank you to the lovely dentist nurse too who was really friendly and also reassuring .

Emergency appointment from 111. The receptionist was kind and helpful but felt the dentist was not interested. Very cold in their manner. Didn’t know explain what was happening or ask if I was ok at any point. Nurse was friendly but didn’t seem experienced. Had to leave midway through extraction to get different equipment. When it was done, handed a piece of paper with info on , then told you can go now despite me being visably shaken. Not very caring at all. Really need to improve the way they are with patients. The building looks tired and could do with a refresh.

Got referred by 111 got an appointment quickly addressed the problem straight away gave me a course of treatments to fix everything urgent very kind and helpful from all the staff special thanks to the dentist . Better than any dentist I have seen to date

I was sent to this practice by 111. I felt I was treated with contempt for needing an emergency appointment. When I had to make a decision about treatment I was not given enough information. Then when I asked about how I cared for my tooth after treatment I was told 'find a dentist' in quite an offhand manner. NHS dentists are just not available. I have been trying to get one for many years now and not everyone can afford private dental care. This practice could do with bringing some compassion and humanity into its behaviour.

Had my check up on Monday 20th Feb where they found a filling that needed fixing. Back in on Tuesday 21st Feb where they fixed said filling . Thank you to all your staff for being so efficient and friendly

I was referred by 111 yesterday,today i got my appointment. Staff welcoming and friendly,tooth extracted,aftercare given. The dentist spoke to me about other treatments I will need in future. I explained I hadn't managed to get a dentist for six years,so he got me in there. I now have a dentist 🙂

This is an awful practice I booked an appointment but no confirmation arrived when I called I was told I was not a patient. After finding my records I commented on how bad the experience was and was hung up on
