Gentle approach by the dentist, (as a nervous patient made to feel at ease)/full explanation of procedure(s) needed/seen on time/excellent reception staff/a welcoming atmosphere.

The dentist is amazing and I feel very comfortable with her and her assistant is great too and they don’t make you feel bad about yourself they educate and I honestly am so happy to be a patient with your surgery

The professionalism, straight talking facts & options I was given during my treatment, she was very very good at her job , the practice as a whole is excellent & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone needing treatment

A very nice dentist, made me feel at ease and very professional. Saw to all needed doing today. Just hope next time I come to the dentist I see the same person.

The experience was mixed; it was both very good and very poor in different aspects. Referring specifically to my visit on 15/01/24, the dental assistant caused/allowed a lot of water to go down my throat. At times, I felt that this is what is must be like to be water-boarded. Having to swallow a lot of water while upside down is not an experience I have had during any dental appointment anywhere, ever. It was distressing even if I did not feel comfortable expressing it. On the other hand, the service from the dentist herself was excellent. She had a professional, caring, patient, knowledgeable and genuine manner.

She made me feel comfortable and made me understand step by step what she was doing. She made me explain how i was feeling about everything. I felt dizzy and she accompanied to wsiting room and waited with me until she got another person to sit with me as she had a patient that arrived. Very caring

High level of attention to detail, care and consideration. I feel that I am in good hands with this surgery and it was a great joined up approach from my Dentist to Orthodontist. The team are warm and friendly with great processes in place that make the customer experience amazing.

Excellent service. Friendly staff on reception and the Dentist was kind and caring and didn't rush me and took time to explain things. It made y visit much better as I'm quite nervous. I've been at the practice since I was at school so over 60 years !!!
