    The dentist was really nice and took his time to explain the results of my X-ray. Gave me good advice and took his time to explain things to me. Only downside was the receptionist could have have been more friendly and more engaging rather than making me stand around whilst she slowly did paperwork to book me in for my next appointment. She came across a bit rude to be honest, could improve her customer service skills

    The initial check-up was on time and efficient. Paying all fees up front was unexpected and when questioned was quite tersely answered! We didn’t all get a call, a lot of appointments were made by spouses. All expenses are stressful, more so with current world affairs, so some patience would be appreciated.

    The professionalism of all the staff and the cleanliness of the practice. Also, how things were explained by the dentist. An overall pleasant experience. Especially for a nervous first time patient.

    The time and dedication that the dentists provide and really break down everything that could be wrong in your teeth. Very good dental surgery and understanding as well.

    Very quick check up - less than 5 minutes, with talking, despite me informing the dentist that my teeth are sensitive. When trying to pay for my 5 minute appointment, my payment wouldn't go through, i tried asking the receptionist a number of times if American Express is accepted, but she seemed blissfully unaware that the payment wasnt going through, or that i was speaking to her, she seemed very focused on something else. I had arrived for an appointment on Monday that hadn't been booked in. Very bad experience!
