Our dentist was nice and clear in her explanations. She was gentle with the children and thorough when she needed to be.

I have been really pleased with all contact I have had with the practice. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. My dentist took the time to explain the necessary procedures and what I need to do to better look after my teeth. I haven’t had to wait too long for an appointment and my appointments have been on time.

The staff were kind and courteous. I was asked to pay too much in error after my appointment as a staff member confused me with another patient. However on realising their mistake the staff member apologised in a courteous manner and was very professional.

The dentist was very polite, friendly and patient with us. He made me and my two children (who were nervous) felt very at ease and he was very helpful!

Had the appointment moved three times before it happened. One of those times it was booked at their Charley practice without telling me even though I live nowhere near there! When I did get to see the dentist though he was nice, friendly and efficient.
