On time, but was 10 minutes late invited into the room. Then everytime the dentist needed something had to search heigh & low for it. Ever at times nurse had to leave the room to get it. While in the room other nurses had pop in to borrowed things. This was the same in previous appointments Would say 1/2 the appointment time was spend searching for things. It would save a lot of appointment time if searching time was not needed.

Brilliant Dentist very gentle & careful not cause any pain & give great advice on future care of teeth best dentist I’ve ever seen & all of the staff are very polite & professional brilliant clinic thanks guys

Dentist and hygienist properly explained what they were doing throughout the service and explained to me how my oral hygiene practices were contributing to my oral health.

During my emergency appointment, I felt very safe with the dentist despite having a lot of anxiety about it. He clearly knew what he was doing and was efficient, kind and considerate. I can’t believe how well I was treated despite being an NHS patient. He also took the time to explain multiple times. I didn’t speak much to the nurse, but she seemed very warm and welcoming. The receptionist too was brilliant and took the time to get back to me about multiple things and looking for early appointments for me to come back.

What stood out for me today at the dentist was how abrupt the young assistant was manoeuvring around the tight space room with an attitude on her face. She made me uncomfortable and nervous. Oh gosh, she was using the Saliva Ejector wrongly in my mouth. My new dentist was wonderful, really lovely.

The reception staff were friendly as always and the dentist and assistant were very considerate when it came to making sure I was comfortable in my appointment
