Happy with the reception given to me by the receptionists. Seen promptly by the dentist. Happy with the care and advice given and follow up arrangements. Staff are all friendly

I had my teeth extracted and the dentist was excellent, usually am afraid of injections. However the dentist was very patient and reassuring I didn’t feel any pain.

Excellent patient care. The dentist explained all the steps involved in the tooth extraction and recommended best steps for post extraction after care. The pain relief was faultless, and the extraction was executed with clinical precision. In the end, I didn’t need to take any painkillers. Very professional.

Never kept waiting, appointments always run on time and the dentist shows genuine care. Also very understanding of bringing along a small baby (as well as 3 year old!) and helped out

The dentist had a very positive attitude and clearly explained what was happening in my mouth and what was to happen next. However, I had to wait roughly 25 minutes to get spoken to by the receptionist. I do not know if this happens all the time but I do believe today was simply not good enough. Due to this, I didn’t get seen till about 10am.

The dentist was competent, equally her assistant. But the previous "txt alert" arrived before I could comment on the efficacy of the treatment .. so far so good, despite some immediate 'discomfort' resulting from the numbing injection (×2) and general shake up of my teeth.
