    Had a problem and was able to be seen at short notice, staff explained there may be a wait but I was seen on the same day and my problem resolved quickly.

    The Dentist was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The same, however, cannot be said of the Receptionist. She was very abrupt and dismissive, not taking time to explain matters. Initially ignored for several minutes on arrival. Spoken to like one would speak to a child, not in my view at all professional. It is a grat shame as this is letting down the practice.
