I had an extraction with the dentist before having orthodontic treatment and was left extremely pleased with the outcome, I felt really on edge on the lead up to this appointment however the dentist was really reassuring and I did not feel a thing, all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Had bioclear treatment done and it looks amazing. The dentist and team were amazing and I'm so pleased with the results. The black triangles between my teeth have been filled.

Had an toothache and the dentist advised a temp filling to see if improve or will need a root canal Had a root canal done with and the nurse went smoothly no pain felt and was reassured by both at all times.

  4. Review titled Lovely dentist!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I am an incredibly nervous patient after bad past experiences. My new dentist is kind, caring & compassionate. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, letting you exactly what she’s doing at every stage. She’s incredibly knowledgable and very confident in her role at the practice. My dentist is doing her very best to help me overcome my fears, which hopefully will be sooner rather than later. Thank you so much for your kindness, it means a lot!

  5. Review titled Caring Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My elderly mother had a fall and called in to Hedge End dental centre to have a repair to a broken tooth. The dentist, gave up his lunch hour to fix the tooth there and then, and because he had concerns about her well being, the centre manager telephoned me (her daughter), to come and collect her. Thank you all at Hedge End dental centre for being so caring and professional, it really was outstanding.

  6. Review titled Wonderful Practice

As I have always been very nervous of dentists, so I am delighted by the kind and gentle dentists here, all the staff are reassuring and friendly, especially the nurses who take extra care to offer comfort and assurance. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this surgery, indeed I have done in the past to friends and relatives.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback for the team. At a time when the service is under pressure and we continue to struggle to recruit for NHS dentists, currently reducing our capacity, it is very reassuring that the level of care being provided is still so valuable to patients such as yourself. 7. Review titled Currently not providing NHS services

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been a long term NHS patient at the dentists, and turned up to my 6 monthly checkup appointment to find out that they have lost 3 dentists and are not able to provide NHS services at the moment, and don't anticipate this changing for at least "a few months". Apparently an email was sent out about this late in 2022 but I certainly didn't receive this. Only advice received was to try calling us in a few months..... I should add that up to this point the previous 10-ish years have been fine, and no issues with my previous dentist.
