I have been going to this dentist practice since I was a little girl and now take my own children I’m not to sure how long the receptionist/dental nurse has been there for but I have never been so disgusted in a member of staffs attitude in all my life she cuts you off before you have even finished she snatched paper work out of my hands again when I’d not even finished she took over when I was asking the dentist questions she again interrupted very very rude women but the receptionist who’s been there years absolutely great and the dentist himself but this one who’s also suppose to be a manager really needs a new job or some manners!

From start to finish absolutely brilliant service. Both ladies who dealt with me were ver helpful and put me at ease . The dentist and dental nurse talked me through my procedure and let me know what was going to be done at every stage . I’m absolutely delighted with the work they have done and glad to have my smile back.

Called in to ask a question about perhaps becoming a new patient, excepted the answer that the intake was small for nhs treatments , and made for the door ,the lady was quite abrupt and when she knew I did have a dentist decided to lecture me on how lucky I was ( which I know ) but I needed a second opinion on treatment and this dentist has a very good reputation in the area ,and I was hoping to move there if possible and I was quite expecting a no but hadn’t expected the rudeness ,this lady gave me the lecture in front of a waiting patient she may have had a bad day but I get the feeling she is possibly grumpy at all times .

I was really surprised that someone is still accepting new NHS patients, when I suddenly started to have problems with my teeth. I am really pleased with all staff members that I have met, they are very friendly. The dentist is skilled, explained everything that was being done step by step, and I am so far very happy with all the work that's been carried. Thank you.
