I have been a patient of this practice for many years and have always found them to be very thorough in whatever they do. New dentists and hygienists have taken over during the past year and also highly recommended. The only problem I have is I can’t sit on the seats they provide and would like a normal one as I have limited movement I struggle to get up from them without help.

Dentist I had was really clear about what was going to happen throughout the procedure! The Dentist was reassuring and the Dental Nurse was also really helpful.

Efficient and friendly reception staff - so much better than our previous dentist. Everything about the procedure was explained and I felt confident in the Dentist and Hygienist.

I am a recent newcomer to Heralds Way Dental Clinic and have since been multiple times over past few months due to a fall which resulted in chipped and damaged tooth.. From the receptionist to the dentists all are friendly and welcoming and is refreshing to go somewhere where you feel at ease and are also helpful.. HIghly recommend !

For Someone Who Had Bad Experience With Previous Dentist Practice's. I have Never Had A Problem With This Practice Thay Are Warm And Friendly Put You At Easy And Tell You What You Need In Treatment, Honestly And Detailed What Is Involved And The Price. (NHS Or Private) And The Results If You Don't Have The Work Done. Receptionist's Are Well Trained, Very Knowledgeable and Helpful. This Visit Was The Normal For A Fillling. Easy Relaxed And Never Felt A Thing. I Honestly Believe They Strive For The Best Skills And Customer Service

I had a terrible time with my wisdom tooth, I managed to get an emergency appointment within half an hour of calling and the dentist was amazing, made me feel super comfortable and talked me through everything. I’ve never been to a dentist where I feel comfortable and look forward to going back! They are honest and lovely and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
