Gave me an appointment for three months later, then the day before it was due to happen I get a call from them saying it's off and here is another appointment in three months. Same happens again a few times. Then they get an attitude when I say this is wrong.

This practise needs investigating . Missed an appointment and book you in then cancel a day or two before . It’s really bad . Just come up with excuses. Cancelled on me last 2 times treating it like a game .
