   Very disappointing treatment of new nhs patients (children). The reception staff at this practice lack honesty and integrity. They cancelled our appointment to fit in another patient. Then they made up a lie saying we had called to cancel it, which never happened. We told them we never cancelled and actually we had a confirmation text with our appointment time and I had also called the practice to confirm the day before. The staff were not apologetic in the least, and went on to book us another appointment at a later date. We have lost trust in Hilltop dental, what is to stop them from cancelling our next appointment after we reach the practice and them making up a lie about how that happened.
