    I have been at this dentist since a very young age, I am 35 now and around 2.5 years ago I started Invisalign treatment and then also going on to have Bonding/crowns and Veneers. They were very understanding financially and have payment plans available which was very helpful. Every team member are all very professional and always give excellent patient service. Today I have finished my treatment and I really couldn’t be any happier with the outcome, it has given me so much confidence especially as I work in customer service myself so I can finally smile properly without hiding my teeth. Have gained so much confidence and would not hesitate to recommend this dentist to anyone.

    I joined the practice upon moving to Faversham. I was a DenPlan patient for years prior to moving to this practice. When moving to this practice, they decided to move me to the next band of DenPlan, although nothing changed in my dental status. Moving me to the next band meant doubling the price I pay for my DenPlan. Their response: the doctor feels that the amount of work that you will need fits the increased band (that amount of work was exactly 0 in a whole year). I cancelled my DenPlan because I decided that it would be more cost effective to pay as I go along. Interestingly, because I didn't feel the band was fair, as I had nothing done in years and nothing had changed, the practice refused to treat me, basically because I refused to pay double what I was paying before. This would have seen us pay over 1000 pound per year. So we moved to a different insurance plan that does not pay monthly. The decision to cancel our DenPlan was more than just financial. Their single hygienist is less than gentle! She does believes old school methods. My husband refused to see this hygienist again, which was also the catalyst to us cancelling our DenPlan. Bottom line, this practice was not happy they were not getting money through DenPlan, so they found all sorts of excuses and have become incredibly rude and unprofessional, making their decisions personal.
