I rang my dentist at 4:30 on monday and explained I'd had toothache all weekend. I was given an appointment the next day. The dentist checked my teeth and gums and gave me an xray. Seen promptly and advised what to do next and to come back if necessary. Excellent care

They always look after me and my children very well. We have had a few dentist changes but each one has been very good. Today's visit was a very good one for all 4 of us.

The receptionists are so patient. It is a busy practice and there are a number of us older folk who are not good with IT. They help everyone who needs it to fill in the on line forms etc. Today I needed to see my dentist to reassure me about a wisdom tooth extraction and to consult about a chipped incisor. I was given an appointment for 11 am and saw the dentist at 11.30. I call that good, reliable practice.

The dentist practice is very modern and the staff are very efficient. Easy parking and usually not too long waiting. The filling I had on this visit was painless and in and out quickly.

My dentist was friendly, knowledgable, patient, caring, professional and explained all she was doing and why. Couldn’t ask for more and I no longer have any fear of going to the dentist, with such a wonderful dentist to treat me!

I was really happy that I managed to get a same day appointment after suffering from what turned out to be sinusitis pain. My appointment was on time and very thorough down to diagnosis and being prescribed medication. Extremely happy with the service and care I received today.

I have today received hygienist care and a routine dental check-up. Hygienist Care: Excellent. Very informative and supportive – genuinely trying to help me improve my own dental health. Actual treatments are very effective. Creates a soothing and relaxing atmosphere despite the drill noise and occasional minor agony expected with the treatment! Dentist: Excellent, also. Professional – quick to assess and explain well. Creates confidence in the mind of the patient. Reception team – very helpful and pleasant. Quick to respond.
