The care shown as soon as I walked in the door. I was very much in distress and was desperate to find some relief from the dramatic swelling on the right side of my face, which was beginning to spreed to the left side. I knew there was no treatment that could be done with all the swelling. I was just so happy to be seen by the dentist and prescribed antibiotics. Thank you some much to 111 that directed me to such an amazing practice.

The support from all staff involved. The receptionist was welcoming and the Dentist very thorough. All were kind and compassionate.

This was the first time our kids (twins aged 6) had been to the dentist and the lady was very reassuring, kind and patient with them as they were both very anxious beforehand.

Staff were lovely however my face is so swollen and staff didn’t recommend to take teeth out so I am still in agony.

Everyone at the clinic were very professional and yet approachable. I was pleased to get an appointment as it was Christmas Eve. The Dentist gave me a choice of treatment and I went along with his advice and very soon I was pain free, perfect.

The care and knowledge of the dentist during the procedure. Also, the fact that he remembers bits about me. Makes me feel more valued as a patient.
