Appreciate it was a bank holiday and people working wanted to get home, but I wouldn’t recommend a dentist opening on bank holidays for the 111 service if it doesn’t work for them and their staff. The receptionist was rude on the phone, called me twice to tell me they are closing as soon as the people waiting are seen so I better hurry to get there because they are closing. I told her I was on my way via 111 and the journey was an hour away from me and I was told it’s the only place open for out of hours dental for me. The place feels dirty when you walk in and it was all very rush rush to get the doors closed. Don’t usually leave a bad review on things, but when you feel super rough and poorly, it’s nice to be treated a bit nicer in those situations and also hopefully this constructive feedback helps someone else get a nicer experience next time.

Receptionist on the phone very helpful, Dentist was friendly and patient with me as I was very nervous. Fast and efficient for a Bank holiday.

Tooth extraction. I can think of other things I would rather be doing on a Friday afternoon. But your dentist put me at ease and made the whole experience not so bad. Thank you. Michael Stanbridge

I am a very nervous of visiting the dentist but the dentist put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. When I first arrived I nearly fainted but I left with a smile on my face ?

The receptionists were fab with booking and on arrival! The dentist was absolutely amazing, I took my 4 children by myself (7, 5, 3 and 7 months) and she was brilliant with them. Explaining everything as she went and putting them at ease.

I went in to have my tooth checked as i was in agony with a infection and just wanted to have it out. The dentist was so lovely and he agreed to take it out for me. It was so quick and easy and it was pain free!! 100% go back there as everyone was so nice

Although I hadn’t met the dentist I saw , she read my notes , explained clearly the planned treatment . Arranged further appointments for the following stages of the proposed treatment .
