Went to Hockley branch as an emergency, receptionist was kind and helpful and was seen quickly. Dentist gave me antibiotics which I feel should have been given 2 weeks before by any emergency dentist. Very nice dentist and dental nurse and cannot fault the service they gave.

Friendly reception, didn’t wait long to see dentist , I’m a very nervous person at dentist , and dentist and nurse was very good to calm me . Also told exactly what procedure would be done as it was major also made sure I was okay throughout

As a very nervous patient, the attention to care was outstanding. I was made to feel at ease and the process took less than 20mins. Can’t thank them enough for looking after me and sorting my problem so quickly.

The dentist spent time to explain treatment/ plan/ extra services in detail, there was no feeling of stress/rushing and answered all my questions

Was seen on time. Both dentist and nurse were very pleasant and professional. Everything during my check-up everything was explained clearly. Very pleased with the service provided.

The reception staff are always welcoming and remember who you are.The dentist is very pleasant and explains what he is doing treated with care.
