Im a VERY nervous patient. All the staff know this and from the second I walk through the door , im greeted with a smile and I'm made to feel very calm /welcome . The work is always of a high quality , my dentist keeps me at ease (which isnt always easy ) lets me takes breaks if I need too, answers all my questions and reassures me every step of the way . I wouldnt go to any other dentist.

My dentist is just so professional and always explains what’s best for me. I was always nervous about dental treatment but not with my current dentist. Just brilliant.

All the staff are so friendly, polite, kind and helpful. Makes going to the Dentist much better when you’re surrounded by such lovely people

The dentist I had was so lovely & understanding he made me feel at ease as I’m prettified of the dentist treatment but honestly he was the best! I really recommend him

Despite the delay (a dentist was off sick) the reception was courteous and the dentist themselves very helpful and able to answer the questions I had.

Both the receptionist and dentist were extremely helpful & courteous. We are new to the area and I needed an emergency appointment. I was seen very quickly & given the treatment I needed. Thank you

The dentist allayed my fears of the process and told me about something that may not go to plan and giving me a worst case scenario. As a result, the procedure that I had worried about for weeks I felt calm and confident. Thank you to everyone there

I have had appointments cancelled and I’m told i can only see that particular dentist. This meant that on this occasion i have to wait till January 3 for another appointment
