All staff were very welcoming. Really felt like there was 100% attention to us as a family. The dentist herself went over and beyond any previous dentist with my daughter’s orthodontist referral. Very impressed for our first visit.

I was nervous and the oral surgeon did try and reassure me. I was having a tooth extraction that was proving difficult to move and initially I felt the cut. He did use more numbing solution however it just made me feel more anxious.

I had an extraction and was literally in there for no more than 10 minutes - injections went straight in and tooth was out within a minute. So fast and instructed how to care for the wound afterward on paper - good for my forgetful memory. Thank you!!

I booked an emergency appointment and when I arrived there was no booking at reception. Maybe before people hang up, they check they have the text message booking delivered to their phone as confirmation of booking. I was seen, thank god, but the follow up is a month later due to staff shortages. Obviously, need to hire more staff including a hygienist who only works one day per week.

The attentiveness, care and reassurence given to me throughout my hygiene appointment as well as advise given to help assist mt care of my gums and teeth and continue all the hard work she did x

I'd been in a lot of pain with an abscess and have been 2 days calling 111 for an emergency dentist, out of 5 numbers I was given only this one answered and saw me and sorted me out with anti biotics... excellent practice and lovely staff.
