  1. Review titled Rude and awful customer care for long term patients

Rated 1 star out of 5

Been with the practice for many years, had appointments cancelled by them and I also cancelled two due to covid. Last week called as tooth had broken tobe told that as I had not used the pratice for a while I had been removed from their books I had not had any treatment or need to see them over the past 2 years. quote from them " We manage over 24,000 patients in our system, making it challenging to track and inform every patient about their status, especially since contact information can change over the years. Therefore, we inform patients of their status when they reach out to us. We are unable to accommodate new or lapsed patients at the moment as our dentists are fully booked for the coming weeks and months. I understand your frustration with not being able to book an appointment at this time. Our books are currently at capacity following an influx of new patients at the beginning of the yea So now need to find a new dentist No signature on email sent

  2. Review titled Admin staff lies

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I was told when booking my appointment that it is okay if I'm a little late as I'm a care worker who works in community and sometimes my shifts run over. I called before my appointment to confirm I will be 5-10minutes late and the admin told me that they have to now cancel my appointment to give to someone else, I explained that when booking appointment I was told this would be okay because of my circumstances, but she was very adamant that I'm not allowed to be late. This has now affected my mental health as I still don't know if the dentist can do the work on my mouth, as they didn't open my letter from the hospital till last week which was sent in May to request work be done at the dental hospital. And now I have to wait another 3weeks to find out if I'm allowed to have this work done and to notify my hospital. All I want is a yes or no from the dentist to have consent to take out my wisdom teeth that have broken 5 of my molars already and causing me terrible pain for 9years. As I've been on the list for 9 years for my wisdom teeth, so much so that it has destroyed all my bottom molars now and I really would like these broken teeth removed so I now have to wait 3 weeks to have consent for this. Why can this not be done on the phone.

I had an appointment with this dentist this afternoon. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was told by the receptionist that my appointment has been cancelled and they sent an email to notify me. I have received no email from them, I checked the spam file just to be sure.
