Purely based on the experience of my recent appointment; I was advised upon arrival the dentist was running late, this cannot be helped on some occasions and I have no problem with this, however this shouldn't impact on following patients. I felt rushed in an attempt to claw time back. In addition to this the advice provided during the appointment was delivered in a hurried way and on occasion on a patronising manner. The examination time was significantly less than the after consultation verbal exchange which left me feeling incompetent! During the same visit I had a second appointment with another professional. Sadly, as the surgery was running behind this then impacted on my second appointment; once again this was rushed and on reflection I am unsure of the whole treatment was actually delivered. Furthermore the rushing led to trauma being caused by way of a cut in mouth. Whilst an apology was offered and accepted at the time I would be reluctant to follow recommendations in the future if such a treatment is required. On a positive note, the reception staff were helpful, pleasant and patient.

I came recently for a routine checkup, advice given and I will be back for another checkup in 6 months. Would recommend, I have been a patient for over 10 years.

I appreciate the reminder which the practice sends. Very efficient at reception. No long wait and seen at my appointment time. Great procedure and highly informative.

I'm always daunted by a visit to the hygienist as I know I'm going to be told what I'm not doing correctly. Instead of this, everything was painted in a positive light: what I could do to improve, how to do it (I was even handed a mirror to make it easier), what to use, etc. A very friendly experience and my teeth are cleaner - what is not to like? Thanks to everyone at the practice.

Nobody likes having to go to the dentist but when needs must, the experience is made much better by friendly professional staff - from check up with the Dentist,to treatment with hygienist and dental nurse, their friendly manner put you at ease, their care is second to none, and they ask questions to fully understand any concerns and ensure all is explained Thank you all

Had to book in for a replacement of an old failed filling. As. I was not in any pain I was given an appointment in ten days time. This was brought forward due to a cancelation Appointment brought forward and new filling completed painlessly within 20 minutes. Great service.

My treatment to replace a broken crown (including root extraction) with a bridge has all gone well. The dentist is gentle and caring and always explains what he is doing.

Arrived a few minutes early for appointment and, even though it was near the end of the day the dentist was still running on time. Called through within minutes of sitting down and then had a quick & easy checkup with a quick clean.
