I have been calling this dentist for the past month left messages for call back but today I finally got though to be told cause I haven’t been since 2018 I am no longer registered which is a lie has this dentist referred me to there sister dentist in meltham during covin19 they also said they is no record of me leaving any messages I explain how much pain I was in today to still be told I am no longer registered disgusting dentist & I will be taking this matter further

The practice has friendly staff who are great with kids and always accommodating with appointments. Never had an issue with the practice. Always felt that our dentist is knowledgeable and thorough.

A lost filling was promptly replaced when a cancellation gave me a “slot” the following day. Dentist was friendly and (hopefully) competent.

Personnel changes were necessary and now appear to be stabilised. Appointment reminders are good. A cursory inspection missed a serious problem which I had to highlight - now awaiting response from referral to oral surgeon. Nothing so far after over 2 weeks.

Very professional and pleasant experience. Full check up and advice was given re social activity. I was given options for treatment when usually you would just be told that you need some treatment.

The dentist service given at this practice is very professionally run. All of the staff are very pleasant and helpful and the premises are exceptionally clean and tidy.
