This practice would not see me during Covid and when I asked for a routine check up they said I had been archived without writing to me, calling me or asking if I indeed wanted to be seen! The manager would not listen to reason and so I have moved my whole family away from this practice as they clearly have no regard for decent people who work and pay and portray everything that is wrong with the NHS today.

My appointment was dealt with ‘on time’ and handled very professionally. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Lovely staff put me at ease. Talked through my dental history ahead of open heart surgery and formulated a plan. My input was considered. Plan printed out for me to show surgeon and all all treatment booked in. Won’t feel as nervous for future appointments.

Appointment started on time and thorough dental check carried out with minimum fuss. Not pushed to have unnecessary treatment.

Attended hygienist, who assessed my gums etc provided care and advise for ongoing gum management. Discussed ongoing use of tepe brushes and advise me to use a new brush to me, interstate. We also discussed improved care to gums to right side of mouth which I have difficulty managing.

Appointment on time. Thorough examination. Very pleasant dentist and assistant. Everything was explained to me and I didn’t feel rushed as with the previous dentist and I felt a more thorough examination was given to me.

I was made to feel very comfortable during treatment and felt all work was done well. Surgery was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Luckily I have only had to visit the practice for annual check ups but every time I go the staff are always friendly, the place is always clean and I feel well looked after

I arrived early for my appointment and actually went in early for my checkup. The dentist was very informative, professional and friendly. It made the whole experience calm and welcoming.
