The dentist took time to explain everything at all the appointments and was very professional. The reception staff were also very polite.

Saw hygienist today. She was friendly and felt welcome. Gave advice of what to do to help bleeding gums.

Very pleasant experience, dentist explained everything with great care and professionalism. Had no problem booking further appointments and receptionist was very pleasant

I saw a dental therapist for a filling and clean today. She was very professional and kept me informed about the procedures at all times. I was very happy with the service

I was made to feel welcome. The check up process and the treatment plan were explained well. I felt very comfortable and safe.

The treatment that I had was about the same as I have had previously. The hygienist did a good job, but the water used tastes foul.

Filling etc done fine. After I spoke to the dentist about using corsodyl mouthwash the chemist gave me incorrectly, (i asked for a Corsadyl daily) my teeth at the bottom went yellow-he said okay he understood, but he did not clean them. They are still yellow and I know it’s from the corsodyl mouthwash I used for a short length of time inadvertantly - I now use the daily one. At £72.50 I expected the yellow to be less as advertised in the first level of pricing. The rest of my treatment was good.
