Couldn't have been treated better both at reception and in the surgery.Everything was explained to me step by step ,brilliant.

I have been attending this practice for many years and have always been impressed with all the staff. All are able to maintain their professionalism whilst being friendly and approachable. My most recent visit was because I broke a tooth over the Christmas period. My dentist outlined my options very clearly to me and carried out the work efficiently and effectively. As someone who is generally nervous of visits to the dentist or hygienist, I cannot praise these people highly enough in responding to my concerns. Excellent all round.

Welcomed by reception staff on arrival, Appointment was too time, hygienist introduced herself & asked a few questions about my well being, explained fully at every stage what was going to be done & why. Checked I was ok during procedure asked if I had any questions or concerns when procedure was completed. Offered some recommendations. Reception staff were efficient with making next appointment.

I had such a good care from my dentist and the secretaries, they called me every day to ask about my well-being, when I was in pain and found a fast appointment when I needed. My dentist explained the procedure step by step, he is caring, consistent and very professional. I would definitely recommend this practice, I can’t thank them enough.

I was apprehensive about a double extraction, but was talked through the process from the beginning. I did not feel the anaesthetic being administered and have had minimal subsequent pain. I was in the chair for only 30 of the allocated 45 minutes. Thank you.

I attended to have a loose tooth checked. We decided that the Tooth would have to be extracted. The Dentist explained in great detail what he was going to do,and on completions explained my after care. I felt comfortable in his care and the assuring smile of the young lady assistant made the trip to the Dentist very pleasant. I must add that the reception staff were just great they fitted me in to see the Dentist when I explained my problem

Very prompt service as normal. Very polite and friendly staff. I have been with this practice (although with different dentist) for 60 years and always received good service.

Everyone in this practice always have time for you. This is important if you are one of those a little nervous. I have been lucky to be at this practice for a long time . So even through staff changes everything has remained the same . Brilliant advice and explanations of treatments.
