Waited 40 minutes for my appointment I had a person waiting for me that was vulnerable had a quick review charged 26 quid never told how long the wait was we r customers u need to communicate

Sent here from 111 as I had tooth ache turns out I need two wisdom teeth out, they sent me to hospital for a Xray I did next day and then let them know I was told they'll do the referral in the next week or so its been 6 weeks and still nothing the dentist even told me "if you don't here anything remind me" ive done that and heard nothing still.

Holmoak is such a wonderful practice. I have been coming here for 15 years and the receptionist are always so lovely, friendly and helpful. Every dentist I have seen over the years has done a great job. They make you feel like a valued patient and I could not recommend the practice enough. Thank you

Sania is a brilliant dentist, very knowledgeable, and puts you at ease, very personable. Her assistant, other staff all very friendly. Lovely clean, tidy practice too. So glad I've found this dentist!
