We are sorry that you have expressed frustration with our patient communications. We provide a broad range of services at Honour Health. It is important for us to ensure that our patients are aware of the options available, and to provide opportunities for patients to find out more about the treatments they are interested in. Our pre-appointment smile questionnaire enables patients to make their dentist aware of any concerns they have about their smile, so that the dentist knows their patient would like to chat about this at their appointment. We have found that patients and dentists see this as a useful tool, but we will take your feedback on board and will see if we can make any improvements to this system. Thank you.

I am always welcomed and feel comfortable respected and safe The dentist was gentle and explained the problem and solution options very clearly and honestly.

All staff welcoming and friendly, dentist explained treatment well and calm environment , re assuring for nervous patients , always a good experience and always been great with my children as well , thank you

Friendly, welcoming reception staff. Very nice, professional dentist, who was new to me, put me at ease talking me through the process. Gently reassuring and advising me - I hope I see her again!

This visit was better than previous.The hygienist was engaged and passionate about her work.The dentist was the first time I saw him.Also engaged in my treatment plan.

So relieved that i was able to get an appointment within 2 hrs of ringing. Very friendly staff, lovely dentist who I'd not seen before. Medication prescribed and further treatment suggested.

An issue was identified during a check and we discussed options and agreed for a given solution to address the issue (tooth decay beside a metalic filling). All went well and the procedure was done promptly, which allowed me to attend a meeting later that day. Very effective procedure and so far the treatment seem to have done the job.
