So I booked and pre paid for an appointment over 2 months as today (14/10/24) was the only space they had available, I took time off work only to get message 2 hours before my appointment telling me they had cancelled it! I phoned up only to be told the next available appointment is next year which is nearly 3 months away (10/01/25) I find the customer service absolutely appalling with a total disregard to it’s patients welfare! 5 months without being able to get an appointment is pathetic!

Recently joined this practice and have found all the staff from reception to Therapist and my Dentist MS to be very professional and welcoming .Would highly recommend
