I was a little late for my appointment but the dentist was very helpful and willing to still see me. The receptionist wasn’t so understanding and was very short with me. I’m not normally late for appointments and didn’t appreciate the attitude.

Dental reception clean and tidy, receptionist efficient and friendly, dentist on time and explained treatment being given and advice on caring for teeth.

Painless as possible as I’m on medication that makes me sensitive to pain. My dentist talked to me throughout and was aware at all times. And gave me assurances from start to finish. I really appreciate that.

It was an emergency appointment with a dentist i havent seen before. Ive seen a few recently due to my regular dentist being on maternity leave. All the dentists are lovely! Very sensitive to how im feeling, and nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic. Thank you ?

The dentist took a lot of trouble to explain to me about gum care and other issues which was very helpful. On the negative side, the waiting rooms tend be be noisy . This was especially true downstairs The receptionists tend to speak quickly (understandably I suppose as they have a lot of people to speak to) and there was a lot of loud music which made it difficult to hear them This is not conducive to feeling relaxed and adds to the stress

The whole team. Mum was treat very gently by the dentist & dental nurse, explaining everything about her care & taking her needs, having Alzheimer's into account.

The check up was very good. Only thing was that I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time before the dentist could see me.
