Was an emergency appointment and seen same day. Also did a routine filling in the same appointment. Fantastic service from all staff on the day.

My only criticism is that I tried once to book the appointment and I was on hold for 48 minutes in a queue of only 5 callers! As I was at work I had my phone next to me on speaker. When it was eventually picked up I picked my phone up and by the time I got to answer it the receptionist had hung up! I was not best pleased. This is not the first t I have been held for long waits but not as long as the last time I ended up coming in to book an appointment. Having said that the appointment was great the staff and dentist were brilliant.

Thank you for your comments, we have been experiencing some technical issues with our phone and internet systems and these are now under review to see how they can be improved, we do appreciate it is frustrating being in a queue for that length of time and on some occasions there is no explanation for this when the reception team are waiting for calls to come through, moving forward we hope to resolve these issues.

It very very good becouse everyone was very nice wich me feel and at ease i was not kept hanging around a long time. The treatment was quick and painless

Everything was sorted on the same day,didn’t have to come back for treatment as I’m not a fan of dentists.

Courteous and professional staff. Dentist explained procedures and was reassuring. Surgery and waiting room clean and bright. Appreciated parking space.

Been hear at Hurifield dental practice for a long time. Its the only dental practice i have been able settle at after a very bad experience at anouther dental practice .it good makes me feel very calme

I like the fact that I was seen quickly with no hanging about and the dentist and the staff are very friendly and efficient, makes my appointment at the dentist a lot less traumatic.

The surgery is always immaculate . The team at Hurlfield are always so polite and helpful. The team always make you feel at ease and explain all the treatment required fully before you start the treatment plan. Thank you again for a wonderful service .
