I was very very nervous to go and the dentist and the nurse were so nice. They spotted how nervous I was and reassured me throughout the whole visit and made no judgements.

Having been unable to get an emergency dentist appointment in my own area (Hastings/Bexhill/Eastbourne) I contacted this service on the suggestion of NHS 111. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and was able to offer me an appointment within 2 hours. On arrival I was seen promptly by the dentist, who confirmed that I needed antibiotics for an infection. He clearly explained what the problem was and the treatment that was needed, and I left with my prescription after about 10 minutes of arriving. A great relief after having been in a lot of pain.

The dentist I saw was amazing. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name but I was there on 2nd May at 7.10pm. He made me feel very relaxed and calm and I didn't even realise he had taken my tooth out because he was so quick and it was extremely painless. I really wish I could have this person as my regular dentist!

Being able to get an appointment and treatment within an hour of phoning this dentist exceeded my expectations. I was in agony and the team here were so lovely and sympathetic, even the receptionists put me at ease straight away. I had an x-ray and filling and didn’t feel a thing. My pain was gone within 5 minutes of sitting in the chair. I can’t put into words how grateful I was for this out of hours service.

From the first call to the treatment I received everyone was so understanding of the pain I was in and made sure I was OK every step of the way. The dentist really listened and fixed my problem.

I found the dentist professional and very knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate in sorting my problems. He dealt with a severe infection that was ignored by another dentist 5 Stars Very grateful

I have been to this emergency dental clinic twice, first time it was really disappointing and the dentist couldn’t figure out what the problem was and she didn’t help me at all , I left in pain that continued for a week, then I revisited the clinic yesterday 3rd of May 2024 and the doctor diagnosed me and relieved my pain immediately he put temporary filling and opened the blister I had in a very quick, painless procedure and prescribed antibiotics for my abscess and painkillers for my pain . He made sure I understood all the instructions and home care, he was really professional,👨⚕️ 👌🏻clean , understanding and friendly☺️. I am so glad I was treated by him (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name)

My daughter had a horrible accident which left her with broken teeth and exposed nerves. She saw the dentist quickly out of hours and he was very thorough in checking her over and recommending future treatment. He put her mind at rest and made sure she was ok to go home and get on with her exams the following day.

We arrived after a horrible accident with my 12 year old daughter the staff we all brilliant The dental nurse was extremely kind and put my daughter at ease. We did not have to wait long at all

So relieved for someone to take a look and tell me I wasn't being a wuss and I needed the help. Day 2 of anti bs prescribed so a little way to go yet but very grateful for his time.
