I am someone who is petrified of dentists however the dentist and his nurse were amazing. I had to have a tooth removed and they made the experience the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. It was pain free and fast and the dentists were so comforting. Thank you again I will be forever grateful for your service, patience and support.

Had severe pain all night from what turned out to be an abcess. Unable to control pain with painkillers. Called at 9 am and was in front of a dentist within half an hour. The whole process was very efficient. Left with a prescription for antibiotics after an examination and a numbing injection. Staff all very professional, freindly and caring.

My little boy who doesn’t have a regular dentist currently was in a lot of pain with a hole in his tooth, he had never been to a dentist before I called for an emergency appointment and they managed to squeeze him in, the receptionists were amazing! Taking an interest in what he likes and printing off a picture of his favourite tv show for him to colour in while we waited. The dentist and assistant were also wonderful, showing my little one every tool that was used and explaining what it does he was so happy and actually enjoyed his first trip to the dentist and to top it off they stopped the pain for me to be able to get a registered with a regular dentist!

Phoned am on a Saturday as in extreme pain with tooth, appointment same day within 1.5hrs. The kind dentist sorted my pain out straight away by drilling into my tooth and applying antibiotics and oil of cloves. Many thanks.🙂

I had terrible toothache and suspected an abscess. Phoned the emergency evening line and was given an appointment straight away. Receptionists and the dentist were really understanding and helpful. The dentist confirmed an abscess and prescribed antibiotics. He gave me advice about treatment options and asked me to take a photo of the X-ray to show my own dentist. Within two hours of my call to the out of hours service, I was home again and taking the first antibiotic.

I was extremely grateful for this nhs out of hours service. I had terrible toothache but managed to get an apt straightaway which then required an extraction! The staff were very professional, helpful, kind and considerate. Thank you.

The dentist I saw was wonderful. Explained everything very clearly, I felt very well looked after. The receptionists were very patient with me and again explained everything to me .

I needed an emergency appointment today. A friendly and helpful receptionist who I spoke with on the phone gave me an appointment within a couple of hours. On arrival the two receptionists were very friendly, helpful, welcoming and efficient. Talking to them kept my mind off the discomfort I was in. The dentist gave me a diagnosis, relevant treatment and clear instructions. The dental nurse was friendly and also provided information. I’m very impressed with, and grateful, for the treatment. Thank you.

This is an emergency surface. I went there and I was attended quickly. The staff were friendly. Importantly, the dentist was patient enough to listen and was able to communicate very well. I felt that I was in good hands and receive the Emergency care I was looking for.

I would like to say a big thank you to Dr and Nurse (shame I can’t put their names due to system regulations as they Both deserve gratitude ! ) for your great care and support during difficult tooth extraction. Dr put me at ease,explained the whole process and gave me options to choose. Both were very kind and supportive throughout the whole process. I knew I was in good hands. Thank you once again to Both of you for everything.
