Very kind/helpful receptionist, after explaining the palava I’d had with my son- after visiting the dentist he is registered with this morning. The dentist said he needed antibiotics and then an extraction, but couldn’t write the prescription. Very quick to help.

Brilliant facility to be able to have access to. After countless phone calls and being past pillar to post, they were the only ones willing to not only help but get be booked in the same day to visit a dentist. Welcoming team of professional people.

This has been the best experience with dentists I have had. From reception team , to the dentist everyone was kind and they genuinely cared. The dentist explained everything I needed to know. If more dentists were like him, I'm sure less people would be scared of going to dentist.

Although I did manage to see someone of which I was grateful, my problem wasn’t solved. I was very anxious and the dentist did little to consul me. He said he couldn’t remove the offending tooth but removed some filling and re-filled with temporary one and has referred me but I have no idea when that will be. The filling he done has not quashed the pain at all, I’m still in agony! And I was offered no pain killers. The dental nurse was lovely but the dentist seemed to be annoyed and inpatient with me being an anxious patient so I left there shaking. As if I wasn’t anxious and upset enough when I arrived, I felt like I was a burden and now I’m just left in pain and I don’t know when this referral is going to come through so I have no idea how long I’ll be in pain and barely able to function. Why is it so difficult to get proper dental care in this country? The only thing that is good is that at least they stay open late to treat people who are desperate and perhaps other people have been lucky enough to have a nicer experience than me. Some compassion and understanding and reassurance for very nervous patients would really go a long way.

The receptionists were both so polite and efficient, and the actual dentist was very thorough and put me at ease, explaining exactly what I would need to ask my registered dentist for following the emergency appointment. I would highly recommend this out of hours/emergency service to people, if they should need it. The only drawback, and this is true of NHS services in general, is that if you are nonbinary this is not captured on forms and I spent most of the appointment being misgendered. It is not that hard to ask people their pronouns.

This dentist saved me twice this month - I called as a last resort when struggling to find an NHS dentist to register with and they offered me an emergency appointment within an hour. I came to them with a badly infected tooth just before Christmas and they were able to provide me with an xray to show my next dentist for extraction , and also prescribe me antibiotics so I could enjoy Christmas with my family. Today I went regarding a dry socket that had formed after a recent extraction, and the pain is horrendous, and they irrigated the wound then packed it with a clove medicine to reduce the pain massively. I've actually been able to get a little bit of sleep now! Thank you so much for saving my sanity with your first aid and extremely polite and kind staff.

Went for an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction! I was made to feel very welcome. I was seen very quickly, the dentist was fantastic and explained everything very clearly to me. Was given instructions for after care and was an overall nice experience.
