Rang at 9am and was seen by 10am. Very quick and efficient, hardly any waiting time once inside and checked in. Very polite reception staff.

From initial phone call everything was extremely professional and straightforward. When I arrived at the clinic, I filled in the forms and paid again with no issues. The dentist explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. After removing the tooth, he showed me where the problem was. Although I was in pain,everything went well and I felt well looked after.

I was having a lot of pain with a broken tooth and missing filling, I managed to get an emergency appointment with this practice. The staff were very friendly and professional, but unfortunately the temporary filling the Dentist did fell out 4 hours later, despite me being very careful with eating etc.

I had nagging toothache & needed an urgent dental appointment but was unable to get one with my own practise. I contacted Emergency Line at 17.30 and had an appointment within 2 hours. I saw an excellent dentist & nurse who sorted my problem out. 10 out of 10.

I have never left a review for anything before but this service is beyond amazing and needed, especially due to the dental situation in the UK atm. I had an abscess and my normal dentist could not treat as they said my dentist had left and I had to wait two weeks to book an appointment until they got another NHS dentist. It can take a while to get through but this is because so many people must need the service but when you do they book an appointment for you to come in that day. I have used this service several times and the rate is a flat rate and all the dentists and dental nurses are very friendly. They took my tooth straight out and I left all within 15 minutes of me arriving. The reception staff are also always very welcoming and a big thankyou again to everyone, especially considering the late hours they work into the night to provide this service :)

The dentist was kind, knowledgeable, gentle, informative and very likeable. He made a potentially horrible experience into a great relief. He also gave me information that aids me in helping myself re my teeth & gums in future. I can't recommend him highly enough. The nurse was very pleasant too.

Helped me when I didn't know what else to do , swift and professional and just kind people from the receptionist to the dentist staff. Thank you for assisting me in my time of need so swiftly before the pain was too bad.
