From calling the out of hours helpline and speaking with such professional and friendly support staff; to the immediate phone call from an equally professional and reassuring dentist; to securing a same day appointment; to the amazing support staff who even helped me when I had no where to park when I arrived for my appointment; through to the consultation and prescribing of medication, the service and support I received was outstanding. Thank you to all the team.

Reception and dentist here were very polite and helpful. I was extremely nervous about going for appointment as I have a big fear of the dentist and made me feel calm and at ease.

I tried getting through to Hastings emergency out of hours service with no success so contacted nhs 111 and they recommended the Brighton based service and I was offered an appointment very quickly, got a problem tooth pulled out and I’m so relieved. It did not cost much for an emergency appointment of around £25. The staff were lovely and they did a great job at pulling the tooth out without it breaking as it had a very large filling. I was seen over a bank holiday too so I’m relieved they were able to see me. I hope they open more services like this over East Sussex as i had to drive an hour but I’m still great full that it was available and can’t thank them enough.

I rang the dentist with tooth pain and was seen within the hour. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful and I cant say enough good things about the dentist. Very happy and the pain is gone! Thank you

I called at 5.40pm 10 minutes after the evening emergency dental line opened. The staff answered quickly and politely and I was seen at 7.30 that evening. All staff were so friendly and welcoming, made sure I had understood all information and was able to get my. Prescription that night to address the problem. There was no waiting around, not any confusion and they could not have been kinder to me.

Excellent service from kind, efficient dentist who immediately diagnosed an erupted wisdom tooth, prescribing antibiotics for the infection; no wonder I’d been feeling so poorly! I was grateful to be seen on the evening called.

Although it took over 90mn to get through to them on the phone, from the moment they answered everything went smoothly. The treatment they gave me was on point and respected my wishes. The advice to go back with to my dentist was priceless.
