I telephoned the service after being in a lot of pain, the dentist called me for details and then arranged for me to attend approximately an hour later. I was seen almost straight away, assessed, x-rayed and received treatment within half an hour. Very impressive- and was sent home with information. The dentist and nurse were both very understanding, patient and efficient. Thank you.

After several hours of uncontrollable bleeding following an extraction by my own dentist that afternoon I sought the help of the Emergency Dental Service. I was seen at 19.45 that evening and was given extremely good care, treatment and advice. I felt very reassured.

I am an incredibly anxious patient after a bad experience. All staff were incredible and walked me through every step, reassuring me and checking over and over if I was ok, needed to stop for a break etc

I needed an out of hours emergency treatment to deal with a severe infection, these guys booked me in straight away, very polite and helpful (took a while to get through and it did hang up a few times, a better phone que system would put you more at ease rather than continuously dialing) but the service was great, he is such a lovely dentist and assistant, he knows what he's doing. Wish he was my full time dentist! Thankyou. My usual dentist wouldn't give me an emergency appointment.

Great service, very clear and explained what could be done and the next steps clearly. I was very pleased to get an appointment the same evening and although it couldn’t be sorted straight away it has got rid of the pain for a while.

Very friendly welcome from reception. The dentist and nurse were also very friendly. The service and care I was given was very much appreciated. My tooth was broken and now with the dentist care it is a lot better.

I would recommend this practise. My dental practice was shut due to it being at the weekend. I was in extreme pain. I am so thankful that I got an appointment with the emergency dentist in Brighton. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only down side is that I had to travel by bus as the service in my home town had been closed down. I’m grateful that this service is available Thankyou

Everything very good right from the start reception and then the dental treatment. Extremely friendly and very efficient. Nothing hurt, no pain, job done. Went over and above with his work, doing an unplanned extraction of a split tooth Fantastic !

My name is Andy and I Recently I arrived in Beautiful Brighton with an extremely painful abscess in my jaw, after googling and phoning numerous practices, I was not only in pain, I was at my wits end too, then I discovered the number for idental care, and found real people on the line who not only listened to me but organised me an appointment within the hour!! The wonderful people I met that evening were not only professional but caring, concerned and compassionate too. I would like to say A Huge Thank You to everyone at Idental care who went out of their way to help me, you have restored my faith in the profession and set an example that other practices can only envy!
