    I have complained about this numerous times at the actual practice. The phones are left ringing and ringing. You can never get through. It is also super annoying, as a patient, sitting listening to the phones ring. I have witnessed these calls being ignored whilst the staff chit chat. I do not trust leaving a message as they do not get back to you. I want to move my appointment, have tried all day and cannot get through. I want to speak to someone as I do not trust they will not pick up my message and then try to charge me for a missed appointment. This is not good practice. Someone in need could have my appointment!

    No problems with consultations however on the last two occasions the dentist was late to arrive. I was the first patient at 9am and the dentist arrived at 9:40am

    I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care I received from the team at BUPA Dental Care in Burton. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. I recently needed a crown to be fitted, and the whole team went above and beyond to ensure the process was as seamless as possible. What truly impressed me was when a filling fell out between the moulding and fitting stages. Without hesitation, the dentist and his assistant addressed both issues during the same visit—an act of efficiency and professionalism that I found truly remarkable. It's rare to find such dedication and flexibility in a modern dental practice. Furthermore, I appreciated the dentist's approach to patient care. Before beginning any procedure, he took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the treatment plan thoroughly (before I had the three hands, a drill and a suction pump in my mouth!). This level of attentiveness made me feel valued as a patient and put me at ease throughout the appointment. It's clear that the practice prioritises patient comfort and satisfaction above all else. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Bupa Dental Care in Burton to anyone needing exceptional dental care. Their expertise, compassion, and commitment to excellence set them apart, and I am grateful to have found such a fantastic dental practice. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service!   4. Review titled Concern over cancelled appointments

    Hi, the consultations are satisfactory. However, have concerns over repeated cancellations of appointments leading to long delays in checkups. Last year 2 of my check ups were cancelled, so my checkup was after 12 months, rather than advised 6 months. I was due a 6 month check up soon, but have had a letter to say it is cancelled & invite to book another appointment online. When have tried booking another online, it states no appointments available in next 36 weeks!! and to phone instead, which is difficult to through on reception. So again, my 6 month check up will be delayed. The website stated - your dentist advises a 6 month check up! Well, unfortunately this recommendation can't be met by the clinic & I'm concerned my teeth aren't getting the attention they used to have here. They don't get 6 month check ups here anymore. Thinking of exploring other services.
