The waiting area is very comfortable, and the receptionists, are friendly and helpful. My treatment was explained in full to me by my dentist.

The fact that the dentist didn’t try to fix something that couldn’t be fixed. He was reassuring and made me feel like I was being sillyxx

Discussed with me how i was doing and after doing a full check up as my record said needed fillings from previous check which was incorrect. I only needed a scale and polish. Mentioned about having a tooth rebonded on the day. I declined, would rebook another time.

The hygienist put me at ease today, she was lovely. I'm always a bit anxious before but I needn't have been. Top rate! The assistant was fab too ?

As a nervous patient I was reassured firstly at reception. Who was lovely. Than the Dentist. Wow. She really made me feel comfortable and was so lovely. Really non judgmental. Really looking forward to my treatment plan. Thank you to the team at Impressions.

How pleasant all the staff are. Put my 4 year old and 2 year old daughters right at ease, so much so my 4 year old would like to come back tomorrow. A lovely dentist all round.
