She was friendly,chatty and understanding throughout. Checking teeth and gums thoroughly as well as taking an xray to confirm everything was ok.

An old filling had broken off and I needed to get it fixed quickly. I rang the practice and explained what had happened and was given an appointment later the same day. The filling was repaired there and then and an ongoing treatment plan for a crown was agreed. As I go away for Christmas the receptionist was struggling to fit me in before December as 2 appointments are needed for a crown, I told her if necessary I could wait until I returned after Christmas but she had me leave it with her so she could try to find anyway of squeezing me in before I go away. Couldn’t ask for more.

I broke a tooth last week, not in any pain, got an appointment for today. Made an appointment for a permanent filling, first available appointment end of October.

Having had toothache all day and night on Sunday I phoned the practice Monday morning the staff were fantastic and they managed to squeeze me in. I'm so grateful for all your help. I'm now pain free. Thank you all.
