Really friendly staff and very helpful and understanding. The one problem I have is the stairs accessing the practice.

Very polite receptionists. Extremely efficient polite service . I’ve never had a problem with this practice. Have been with them over 10 years.

A very friendly and efficient group. Everyone involved is helpful; reminders about appointments to dentists that explain what is happening. I'm very thankful to have such a good NHS dentist.

Seen quite quickly polite and friendly receptionists on arrival. Waiting room clean and bright as was the dentist surgery. Dentist and dental nurse friendly and reassuring and helpful.

I am very nervous when I go to the dentist. I have bad orthodontic work over 50 years ago, which has left me with a life long fear. This practice really makes me feel at home. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. My actual dentist is a really lovely, calming, charming man who takes his time and answers any questions I have without making me feel stupid for asking them. I trust him so much and thank him for his patience. Thoroughly recommend.

My dentist was kind and very gentle. Explained my gum problem very clearly and gave excellent advice on caring for my gums going forward.

Going to the dentist and seeing the hygienist is always an anxious moment, however at Eastwood is the opposite, made to feel at ease and everything explained in a relaxing manner , with the treatment done in a professional manner, the hygienist is absolutely brilliant and makes going to the dentist a pleasure
