The reception staff were very efficient and friendly both before and during our appointment. The waiting room was clean and tidy. We were seen on time. Our dentist who we had met on two previous occasions was her usual friendly and efficient self. She was assisted by a helpful nurse whilst our X-rays were taken. The surgery/ treatment room was absolutely clean, everything was wiped and well cared for. Our previous records were to hand. The dental inspection was thorough and painless as was the clean afterwards.We hope to see this dentist when we return for our next appointment which have already been booked. A thoroughly good experience all round.

I have been with Family Dental Eastwood for a number of years and cannot praise them enough. I have always received a very good service from them and they are sympathetic to nervous patients.

My appointment time was met - no delays. The dentist took time to check in with me before starting the inspection. He explained what he was doing throughout and was careful to fully explain my treatment options going forward so that I feel I have been able to make an informed decision.

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but this practice is fantastic. Staff and dentists are brilliant and do such a great job. Highly recommend them.
